Let me introduce myself. I am Olivia, a nutritionist specialising in vegan and vegetarian nutrition as well as sports nutrition.
I created this blog in order to share information about the benefits of a vegan lifestyle and tips on how to build muscle on a plant based diet.
I will be sharing recipes, tips and information about how to get the best out of your diet and show that you can build your dream body without eating a ton of meat.
I am a big believer in kindness, so am always happy to share my knowledge with anybody with an open mind, whether you are already vegan, interested in becoming vegan or just simply curious.
